About

Emma Tobin is an Ohio native, but now resides in North Carolina. She has backpacked through 20 countries solo, and loves being outdoors as well as meeting people and experiencing cultures different than her own. You can bet she always has a camera in hand.

Professionally, Emma wakes up each day to make the world a better place through positivity, compassion, and effective communication. Emma is a high-performing writer, photographer, videographer and environmentalist focused on the power of impact storytelling for corporations, non-profits, news agencies, and freelance work. She would like her future career to be articulating stories about our natural world and people affected by environmental phenomena through video.

Her next stop is Australia and New Zealand, courtesy of a scholarship she won to do environmental documentary work in these two countries in 2019.
